Our free agency to choose good “OVER” evil enters. Through agency,we can choose. So, some angels chose to follow lucifer (actually one third), and the rest followed Jesus Christ. Lucifer’s plan was to give the people to go back to Heavenly Father… but, without the freedom to choose (agency). For Jesus’ plan, we can go back to Heavenly Father with the agency. So if we are saying that we are here in this earth to be tested, then it is good that we follow Jesus to go back to Heavenly Father someday. When Heavenly Father chose Jesus Christ (that’s why we can choose between righteousness and wickedness) and the Atonement (so that we can go back to H. Father), Lucifer rebelled. He rebelled together with the 1/3 who followed him. Right now, we have them with us. They tempt us for us not to gain exaltation and salvation when Second Coming of Jesus Christ happens. We just don’t know when will it happen. Wickedness never was happiness.
